LNG Regasification Technology
Our company has successfully completed the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) for a cutting-edge LNG regasification plant in Southeast Asia, tailored for natural gas-powered plants. Spanning six sites, the project involved key activities such as heat and material balance, boil-off gas (BOG) calculations, and sizing of equipment including pumps, heat exchangers, compressors, vessels, cold vents, and pipelines. We also conducted utility demand calculations to ensure plant efficiency.
We developed essential process and utility drawings, including PFDs, UFDs, and P&IDs, to optimize system performance. The plant handles LNG unloading, storage, pressurization, and vaporization to deliver natural gas at the required sendout conditions. One site also offers ISO tanker filling capabilities, enhancing the plant's operational flexibility.
Carbon Capture and Storage
We successfully completed Pre-FEED activities for two facilities in Southeast Asia, focused on the storage and transport of liquid carbon dioxide. The project involved heating and pressurization for pipeline transport of carbon dioxide in dense phase to an offshore injection platform.
Our process deliverables included a comprehensive Technology Assessment, Process Control Philosophy, and detailed sizing calculations for pumps, compressors, air heaters, vessels, and pipes. We also conducted heat and material balances, along with utility balances. To support the design, we developed Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Utility Flow Diagrams (UFDs) for the storage and transport systems of dense phase carbon dioxide.
Heat Exchanger Design
We offer comprehensive thermal design services for a wide range of heat exchangers, including condensers, reboilers, and preheaters, specifically tailored for the chemical industry. With extensive expertise in heat transfer technology, we focus on optimizing the performance and efficiency of these critical components to meet the unique demands of industrial processes. Our designs ensure maximum energy recovery, reliable operation, and cost-effective solutions, contributing to enhanced process efficiency and sustainability across various chemical applications.
Dispersion study
We conducted multiple vent dispersion studies for chemicals such as carbon dioxide and flammable organic mixtures, released from central cold vents and PSV vents. These studies were performed for both offshore and onshore locations, including greenfield and brownfield sites. Our work resulted in practical, actionable recommendations to ensure safety and compliance in handling vented gases, tailored to the specific conditions of each site.
